Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of premium heavy equipment and engines across Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

Demonstrated leadership qualities with a mature, professional approach to team management, earning respect through authority and integrity. Confident and energetic in interactions, showing enthusiasm and genuine interest in contributing to the Company's success.Possesses a proactive, resilient "hunter" mindset—able to learn from setbacks, take corrective action, and maintain accountability without attributing challenges to external circumstances.Strong strategic thinking skills, consistently applied across all aspects of work.Proven experience in conducting structured daily, weekly, and monthly cadences with sales teams—an essential capability valued by the Company to ensure seamless integration and performance.Persistent and determined in pursuing sales excellence, with a drive not only to meet but to surpass targets.Clear and well-defined strategies for driving sales growth.Established customer network within the assigned territory, with a track record of maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement and client-focused initiatives.Leadership experience in coaching teams, addressing performance gaps, and implementing corrective or disciplinary measures when necessary, including oversight of compliance and integrity issues.Direct experience in retail sales (not limited to major accounts).Superior technical and market knowledge compared to team members, enabling authority, respect, and inspiration.Proven success in increasing market share and driving sales growth within the Heavy Equipment industry.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any discipline, with verified graduation status through Forlapdikti. Experience:
At least 2 years as a Sales Manager in the Engine industry, or as Branch Manager / Regional Manager / Sales Manager in the Heavy Equipment–Engine sector.Direct experience in rental sales of Engine units, such as Gensets (excluding Product Support or Service).Prior background in direct selling as a Salesman or Key Account representative.Industry Focus: Power Systems (Genset – Retail).
Well-acquainted with the regional landscape and business environment across Sulawesi, Makassar, Papua, and Maluku.Benefits
