- Facilitate and manage Agile and SAFe processes across one or more Scrum Teams within the product or dealership development environment.
- Lead and monitor Scrum ceremonies, team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts), and overall product quality delivered by the team.
- Identify, escalate, and remove impediments while protecting the Development Team from external disruptions and dependencies.
- Foster collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement within and across Scrum Teams.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value and urgency, ensuring alignment with agreed Sprint Goals.
- Actively apply and promote Scrum core values (Courage, Focus, Openness, Respect, and Commitment) across teams.
- Analyze challenges and proactively drive short-term and long-term solutions to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct Agile coaching, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for Scrum Teams and the wider organization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, RTEs, management, and stakeholders to resolve cross-team issues and support organizational objectives.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Group Head with full accountability.

Salary around mio gross
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development projects (SDLC).
- At least 3 years of experience in Scrum roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, or Project Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, more advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience implementing Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
- Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or similar).
- Background in software development as a Developer/Programmer is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Scrum-related certifications (Scrum Developer or Product Owner) are an advantage.
