Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Guide and coach the development team on Agile best practices.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlogs and smooth sprint execution.
  • Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity.
  • Foster continuous improvement and maintain an environment of transparency and open communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery timelines and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in IT or a related field,
    minimum GPA 3.00/4.00
    .
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience
    as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile role.
  • Experience in
    banking or financial services
    is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Willing to work fully on-site
    in the
    Central Jakarta
    area.
  • Available for a
    6-month contract
    , with potential extension based on performance.
