PT Abimantrana Engineering Technology (AE Tech) is a digital-first, multidisciplinary engineering company based in Jakarta. We work with global clients across different industries. Our main services include:

  1. Product Engineering: Design and simulation for advanced products in automotive, aerospace, and more.

  2. Building & Infrastructure: Engineering for safe, comfortable, and efficient buildings and structures.

  3. Industrial Plants: Design and support for factories and complex industrial systems.

  4. Energy, Mining & Petroleum: Engineering solutions for energy projects and resource extraction.

  5. IT Consulting: Helping businesses with digital systems, apps, and cybersecurity.

Business Strategy: Advice on planning, growth, marketing, and sustainability.

What You'll Do

As a General Admin Support at AE Tech, you'll take part in managing the day-to-day operations that keep the company running. Your job is to assist in administrative tasks that are essential, repeatable, and structured — done with consistency, clarity, and attention to detail.

This is not a high-pressure or complex role, but it's crucial — because well-managed back-office work is the foundation of any great service company.

Weekly Rotation Overview

You'll support one operational focus per weekday, using templates, trackers, and clear SOPs:

MON – Documentation & Operations

  • Organize files, maintain folder systems (Google Drive, Notion)

  • Help with team tools, reminders, and scheduling

TUE – HR Support

  • Post job openings, schedule interviews

  • Track candidate progress and team attendance

WED – Legal & Contract Admin

  • Draft simple contracts (NDA, project, freelancer)

  • Check document completeness and naming

THU – Finance Admin

  • Support invoice creation and simple cashflow tracking

  • Assist in budget logging and report preparation

FRI – IT & Platform Support

  • Help set up new team accounts (email, Slack, Notion)

  • Support backup routines and update SOP directories

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduate or early-career talent with strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and online coordination

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive

  • Willing to learn fast and adapt to flexible workflows

  • Open to feedback and proactive in communication


Prior experience isn't required — commitment, clarity, and willingness to grow are.


How You'll Work

  • Fully remote and async-friendly

  • Workload is designed to be light and sustainable — but fast response is expected, especially when urgent needs arise

  • You'll be guided during onboarding and supported by our core team (especially Clara, our PM)

  • We work with automation, SOPs, and structured tools (GSheet, Notion, Slack, ClickUp) to make things efficient

Additional Notes

This role is ideal for someone looking to build real operational experience in a lean, digital-first company. It's not about "working long hours" — it's about being available, organized, and on point when needed.

Those who consistently perform well may be offered a chance to combine this role with Project Management Support, with higher responsibilities and benefits.
