Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the company's bank accounts, arrange fund payments through online banking, coordinate with banks for foreign exchange transactions, register and report foreign exchange fund flows in the bank regulatory system, collect and manage bank statements, and prepare fund reports.
  2. Review and record company expense reimbursements.
  3. Prepare accounting vouchers and financial statements in compliance with Indonesian accounting regulations and the company's financial policies.
  4. Print, bind, and archive accounting vouchers and ledgers.
  5. Verify and deduct input VAT from purchase invoices, reconcile input and output VAT, ensure timely monthly tax filings for all applicable taxes, prepare tax reports, and issue withholding tax documents to suppliers.
  6. Prepare and submit quarterly LKPM (Investment Activity Reports) to BKPM (Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board).
  7. Handle translation tasks related to finance.
  8. Assist the Finance Manager in communication and coordination with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, Taxation, or other related economic disciplines.
  2. Familiarity with Indonesian national and local financial and tax policies and regulations.
  3. Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with no language barriers in daily work and communication.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial accounting software.
  5. Under 35 years old, with at least 3 years of relevant financial work experience; experience in medium to large-scale manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
