Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering financial data into accounting systems.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining financial files and documents.
  • Support other finance-related tasks and projects as needed.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and journal entries.

Qualification

  • Hungry to learn, fast & passionate learner
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferably from reputable University.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Solid knowledge, have high integrity for implementing financial and accounting standard operating procedures (SOP) and practices
  • Strong work ethics: high ownership & accountable, honest, and not easily complacent, biased for action.
  • High attention to details and analytical, proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Able to utilize and operate Excel, Accurate, or similar accounting software
