Job Description :

  • Organize and archive documents (delivery notes, invoices, payment proofs, reports, and other supporting documents) neatly and systematically.
  • Calculate, input, and submit monthly PPh and VAT (PPN) tax returns before the required deadlines.
  • Issue Tax Invoices based on Billing Team requests using the applicable tax system, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
  • Prepare and deliver Withholding Tax Slips to vendors and reconcile them with internal records.
  • Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and ensure proper implementation within the company's accounting and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial reporting and the application of taxation systems.
  • Archive all tax-related documents (letters, tax calculations, reports, withholding slips, and other internal/external documents).
  • Prepare the company's annual tax report accurately and on time.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications :
- Minimum education D3/S1 in Accounting or Taxation.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Tax Staff (preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting and Indonesian taxation systems (PPh, PPN, Monthly & Annual Tax Reports).
- Familiar with the latest tax regulations and updates issued by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP).
- Proficient in tax software (e.g., Cortax).
- Able to calculate, input, and report PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and VAT (PPN) accurately.
- Skilled in preparing tax reconciliations and investigating data discrepancies.
- Experienced in organizing tax documents systematically (withholding slips, invoices, tax invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
- Having Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
