Job Title: Mid Level Associate Job Responsibilities:

  • Regularly report to the responsible Partner on ongoing tasks and their progress.
  • Assist Senior Partner and Partner in researching legal issues, jurisprudence, and legal doctrine.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as agreements, letters, minutes, legal memorandums, legal opinions, and legal due diligence reports as requested by clients.
  • Attend court sessions and meetings with government institutions alongside Senior Partner and Partner.
  • Manage or participate in projects, including project acquisitions of shares or assets and litigation proceedings.
  • Communicate regularly with law firm clients, subject to review by the Partner or Senior Partner, as necessary.
  • Create articles of law in both Indonesian and English as assigned by the Article Manager.
  • Respond to queries from the International and Local Probono Manager.
  • Find and create executive summaries and summaries of new regulations.
  • Engage in social and professional development activities of the law firm.
  • Understand and implement the quality code and client service standards, as well as the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tasks, including drafting and reviewing letters, agreements, and emails.

Education and Experience Information:

  • with a minimum GPA of from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory (evidence of a TOEFL score is preferable).

Additional Requirements:

  • Age between 23 and 27 years.
  • Hardworking, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Prepared to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and Internet usage.
