About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT. The Smart Restaurants' as a Floor Manager in our Badung Bali location. As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving overall restaurant performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and supervise the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by training, coaching, and motivating the front-of-house team
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in the dining area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and responsive manner
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Provide regular performance feedback and support the career development of the front-of-house team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar floor management or leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
