Job Vacancy for PRODUCTION MANAGER

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to support strong production performance at a leading planter bag manufacturer in Boyolali – Central of Java.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop production plans, schedules, and set quality standards to meet targets.
  • Monitor production runs, ensure smooth workflow, manage equipment maintenance, and handle raw material inventory.
  • Ensure all products meet required quality standards and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Analyze performance data, implement process improvements to reduce costs and waste, and introduce new technologies.
  • Supervise and direct production staff, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
  • Track production KPIs and prepare reports for senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirement:

  1. Fluency in English Experience

  2. Full-time in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah

  3. Minimum 5 years Experience with production processes, lean manufacturing, and production management

  4. Strong leadership to manage a team and effective

  5. Have knowledge ERM, MRP, JIT, FIFO, etc.
