We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Engineering Supervisor
to oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring all facilities, systems, and equipment run efficiently and safely. This role involves leading a team of technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, and supporting operational excellence through technical expertise and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the engineering and maintenance team in performing daily operations and maintenance tasks.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all machinery, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Monitor the performance of equipment and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure engineering support for operational needs and projects.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in maintenance or engineering operations, with at least
    1–2 years in a supervisory role
    .
  • Strong technical knowledge of
    refrigeration systems, chillers, freezers, air conditioning units and kitchen equipment are preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Able to join immediately
