Develop a sound Engineering Operations, Maintenance and CAPEX BudgetDrive Energy Reduction to lower Green House Gasses emission/Global WarmingDrive improvement of residences facilities through application of new technologiesDrive the Engineering Development & Training programsEnsure operational preparedness of Emergency Response TeamEnsure proper implementation of the Critical and M&E systems PM programEnsure proper implementation of the tenant unit PM programEnsure proper implementation of the Public Areas and HOH PM programEnsure that fire safety systems are in constant working orderImplement approved CAPEX, Minor Improvement and Renovations projectsMaintain good relationships with authorities and related support partiesManage Maintenance & Repair expenses to support residences' Financial goalsManage Utilities expenses to support residences' Financial goalsOperate all Engineering M&E systems optimally and to SLIM standardsUse Continuous Improvement Processes to analyse and eliminate complaints

REQUIREMENTS:

Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be consideredExcellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)A diploma and/or undergraduate degree in Engineering studyIdeally more than 5 years of similar experience in an international luxury hospitality industry especially in serviced apartment, with strong knowledge across multiple role in EngineeringDemonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skills and communication skillsEnthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for detailService-oriented and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
