Implementation Manager has a leading and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission, Network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

  1. Organize and coordinate work with internal (stake holder & material) & external (customer, Authorized Service Provider ASP, 3rd party) to secure the roll out capacity

  2. Manage Roll Out:


• Identify the dependencies (from design, resources, process, and third party), and follow-up to solve the dependencies and upcoming implementation issues


• Roll-out progress meeting & reporting and as 1st tier of escalation for roll-out related issue

  1. Handle Work Orders And compensation


• Secure the commercial i.e. Purchase Order (PO) towards ASP prior Call-off the team and monitor the changes (i.e. discrepancy between original assignment and actual work)

  1. Participate in sourcing activities


• Support implementation scope of work


• Support Technical evaluation of subcontractor candidates, negotiation and selection

  1. Participate in Tender Phase


• Scope implementation services for tender


• Quantify implementation services in tender


• Together with Sourcing make cost estimation of implementation services


• Participate, when needed, in Customer negotiations


• Follow changes in local industry standards and laws

  1. Introduce new products and methods


• Adapt local methods and processes in New Product Introduction and Method of Procedure document creation


• Communicate and drive new requirements into implementation

  1. Acceptance Procedures


• Manage the handover towards customer i.e. Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) and towards internal receiver (Commercial team for Invoicing and Customer Support team)


• Support the project closing including but not limited to the reconciliation with the ASP, excess material handing over, documentation, and Lesson Learn

  1. Plan and follow-up of quality Assurance


• Ensure the roll-out follow the standard process and occupational health and safety (OHS)

  1. Manage Workforce


• Create implementation Workforce Scope accordingly to contract plan


• Report on progress and deviation as well action plan
