We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, focusing on the accurate management of employee data and compliance with all relevant Indonesian labor and tax regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our payroll system and ensuring timely and correct salary disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring precise calculations of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Compliance & Reporting: Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan registration, reporting, and monthly contributions. Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian laws, including UU Ketenagakerjaan and PPH 21 regulations. Prepare and submit detailed payroll reports for management and finance.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee records accurately within the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System) application.
- Audits & Policy: Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits. Support the implementation of new payroll and compensation policies.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated payroll role.
- Have experience with an HRIS application/system.
- Solid knowledge of PPH 21 regulations and Indonesian labor laws, including UU Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS administration.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
