Job Description :

  • Create visual content for social media, websites, and marketing materials. Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or MidJourney) to generate ideas and design concepts.
  • Work with team members to get feedback and revise designs to meet project goals.
  • Keep design files organized and easily accessible for the team.
  • Present your work, collect feedback, and make improvements. Use AI to explore alternative design ideas.
  • Stay updated on design trends and use AI to gather insights and inspiration.
  • Maintain an up-to-date design portfolio and use AI to help write descriptions or create visual summaries.
  • Develop and execute more complex design projects, including branding, print, and digital campaigns. Lead the design of specific projects, from concept to final output.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Design Software: Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools. Familiarity with crafting effective prompts for AI design tools (e.g., generating image concepts via MidJourney, text - based inspiration via ChatGPT).
  • Typography and Layout Design: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition for visually appealing designs.
  • User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Basic to intermediate UI/UX knowledge for intuitive digital interfaces.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts (or equivalent experience considered).
  • Familiarity with Web and Print Media: Familiarity with web, social media, and print media design best practices.
  • 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience: 1 - 3 years of relevant design experience + portfolio of successful projects. Demonstrated ability to use AI prompts to enhance design workflows or creative output.
  • Must be fluent in English
