This is a full time position at our on-site office in Jakarta.

Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a refined taste in art, strong critical thinking skills, and professional English proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating sophisticated and impactful designs across various digital and print mediums. They should have a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent creative abilities, and the capacity to translate concepts into visually engaging and elegant designs. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product managers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality design assets that align with our brand vision.

What you'll be doing

Design and Conceptualization:

  • Create visually appealing and sophisticated graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
  • Develop elegant design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with project requirements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and refinement across all design elements.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and timelines.

Iterative Design:

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Prepare refined drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for review and feedback.

What you'll need

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and your portfolio.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of sophisticated design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience with both digital and print media.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in professional English, with strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
