Persyaratan Umum:

  1. Minimal lulusan SMK atau Diploma Civil Engineering.
  2. Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di Konstruksi atau Developer sebagai supervisor atau inspector.
  3. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam melakukan proses supervise pekerjaan konstruksi, termasuk berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor dan pihak terkait lainnya.
  4. Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai tata cara pengetesan untuk jalan dan bangunan, kualitas material, proses instalasi, dan waktu pengerjaan.
  5. Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik dan mampu menjaga integritas di lokasi kerja
  6. Diutamakan yang memiliki pengetahuan sistem Ms. Office, Auto Cad, dan sistem kinerja sipil lainnya.
  7. Mampu membaca gambar kerja, dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan, tegas, dan mampu mengambil keputusan dengan jernih berdasarkan logika dan data yang ada

Uraian Tugas:

  1. Mempersiapkan dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan untuk pelaksaan konstruksi
  2. Memastikan proses pembangunan sesuai dengan jadwal kerja yang disepakati
  3. Menjaga dan memastikan bahwa pekerjaan dan kegiatan operasional proyek berjalan dengan baik sehingga pelaksanaan sesuai gambar kerja, schedule rencana dan hasil pekerjaan sesuai dengan standard mutu.
  4. Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk mengatasi permasalahan di lapangan
  5. Mengkontrol kualitas barang yang diberikan oleh kontraktor. Memeriksa opname dan membuat ceklist hasil pekerjaan mandor ataupun subcon
  6. Mendokumentasikan hasil kerja, defect, dan membuat laporan rutin untuk progress pembangunan kepada atasan terkait
  7. Memastikan proses tes sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan
  8. Memastikan keamanan (safety) di dalam pekerjaan pembangunan
  9. Membina kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik dengan atasan, kontraktor ataupun manajemen konstruksi
