About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team at PT. SUMBER REJEKI PANEN ANUGERAH'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales function to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets. Based in Tangerang Banten, this role is crucial to the success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales prospects
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • 5 years of demonstrated sales management experience, preferably in a similar industry (FMCG, food industry or specializing in seasoning products is an advantage).

  • Strong knowledge of the Kalimantan and/or Sulawesi sales areas.

  • Having experience in managing both B2C and B2B sales channel.

  • Aggressive and results-oriented with a hunger to exceed targets.
  • High initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of leading successful teams.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
