Job Description – Solution Architect

Jakarta (Work From Office)

Job Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures, including infrastructure, network, systems, and integrations.

Develop solution design documents, architecture diagrams, system blueprints, and technical specifications.

Analyze business and technical requirements to propose optimal solutions.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, project, operations) and external vendors.

Provide technical leadership and guidance during solution implementation.

Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to the ISP and telecommunications industry.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (preferred: Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields).

At least 2 years of experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP), technology, or telecommunications industry.

Strong understanding of:

Networking technologies (Ethernet, Fiber Optic, Wireless, 4G/5G, VSAT)

Network and system security

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead.

Proven ability to create technical documentation and present solutions to stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with a strong solution-driven approach.

Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Prior experience in Telecommunications or ISP companies

Technical certifications related to networking, cloud, or security

Valid driving license (SIM A) and ability to drive a car
