Job Title: Accounting Associate

Location: Bintan, Indonesia

Direct Manager: Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Help prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Process employee reimbursements and verify supporting documents.
  • Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing relevant documentation.
  • Ensure financial records comply with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with filing tax returns and other statutory submissions.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year of accounting experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in accounting software is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong mathematical skills for handling financial calculations and reconciliations.
  • Ability to accurately input financial data and maintain detailed records.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
