Job Description :

  • Receive, record, and validate invoices received from vendors, suppliers, or principals.
  • Manage the accuracy of Accounts Payable (AP) Trade reports in both the ERP system and AP list.
  • Prepare company debt payments, including creating payment requests in the ERP system and Bank Payment Vouchers.
  • Execute payments for company liabilities.
  • Send proof of payment to the respective parties after payment is made.
  • Perform reconciliation with vendors through the delivery of Statements of Account (SOA).

Qualifications :

  • Associate Degree in Management or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in ERP system and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and fast-paced.
  • Good communication skills.
