Role Purpose

Be the first professional contact for parents, guiding them from concern to clarity, and from assessment to a matched programme plan. Strengthen enrolment, satisfaction and long-term retention through clinical insight, clear communication and consistent follow-up.

What You'll Do (Core Work)

_ Conduct intake consultations to understand the child's background, concerns and developmental history.

  • Recommend suitable assessments and coordinate scheduling with internal teams.

  • Explain assessment results in parent-friendly language and translate findings into practical goals.

  • Recommend and enrol families into suitable therapy programmes with clear expectations on outcomes, timelines and fees.

  • Run progress reviews, adjust plans, and support re-enrolment decisions.

Key Interfaces

  • Parents & caregivers (primary partner relationship)

  • Therapists / assessors / case management team

  • Training Manager (assessment booking coordination)

  • COO / Clinical Services leadership

Capabilities We Need

  • Clinical insight in child development, learning profiles and behavioural indicators.

  • Strong consultation skills: fact-finding, framing, and guiding decisions without pressure. - - Clear, empathetic communication (verbal + written); can handle difficult parent conversations.

  • Ability to interpret reports and translate results into actionable plans.

  • Service mindset with confidence in programme recommendation and value communication.

  • Organised follow-through: documentation, timelines, and proactive check-ins.

Success Indicators (KPIs)

  • Consultation-to-enrolment conversion rate

  • Re-sign / package extension rate and retention

  • Parent satisfaction (feedback / NPS) and complaint resolution quality

  • Timely and accurate consultation records + follow-up actions

  • Smooth handover to therapy team and continuity of goals
