Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Officer located in Grobogan. The Compliance Officer will oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards, develop and implement compliance processes, and assess risks to maintain legal and ethical integrity within the organization. This individual will collaborate with departments to align practices with regulations and conduct compliance audits and assessments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying and mitigating risks
  • Effective Communication skills to convey complex compliance requirements clearly
  • Knowledge of Financial compliance and procedures within regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards
  • Familiarity with compliance in the manufacturing or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
