Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Makassar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring and controlling branch performance, developing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills, including team management and performance monitoring
  • Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in achieving sales targets and developing strategic plans
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
  • Finance and Compliance knowledge, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the finance or leasing industry
