About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at ei.embeauty. In this full-time role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient and effective procurement of goods and services to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating contracts to monitoring supplier performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business needs and identify strategic procurement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse supplier base to secure the best commercial terms
  • Implement and oversee procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maximise value
  • Analyse spend data and market trends to identify cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on all procurement-related matters
  • Mentor and develop more junior members of the procurement team

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years' experience in a senior procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing specializing in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus
  • Thorough understanding of procurement best practices, regulations and compliance requirements
  • Degree in STEM or Accounting from reputable university will be a plus
