Key Responsibilities

  1. Trading Terms Management

  2. Maintain and update trading terms agreements for each region/zone.

  3. Ensure accurate implementation of discounts, rebates, and incentives in line with company policy/guidelines
  4. Monitor compliance and flag discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.

  5. Budget Planning & Control

  6. Allocate trade budgets by region/zone based on sales targets and strategic priorities.

  7. Track budget utilization and provide monthly variance analysis.
  8. Recommend corrective actions to avoid overspending or underutilization.
  9. Ensure that spending are not over vs budget deployed

  10. Claim Process

  11. Processing invoice settlement from Area to Finance team

  12. Collaboration

  13. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Trade Marketing teams to align on budget and trading term strategies.

  14. Provide analytical support : spending vs sales by area

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, or channel analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of trading terms structures or budget management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
