We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic marketing intern to join our team, focusing on event marketing and digital marketing. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in the planning and execution of various company marketing events and assist in digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong team spirit, and a keen interest in the marketing field who wish to gain valuable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing various event marketing projects such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops etc.
  • Support the management of social media platform by creating, scheduling and posting engaging content to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Help design and create promotional materials, including posters, flyers, email templates, and digital content.
  • Manage the inventory of event supplies and promotional materials, ensuring timely replenishment and organization.
  • Assist in creating detailed event timelines and task lists to ensure all team members are informed of their responsibilities and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled students in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of event marketing and digital marketing; relevant internship experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with operating social media platform.
  • Strong writing skills and creative design abilities, capable of crafting compelling promotional content.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit; able to perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
