Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with influencers, KOLs for paid endorsement or barter/collaboration opportunities.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and influencer engagement.
  • Support the team in creating marketing content and promotional materials.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining contact databases, and preparing marketing reports.
  • Assist with organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are required; prior full-time work experience is not necessary.
  • Previous internship experience in a similar field will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Willing to work full-time in an office-based (Work From Office) - Jakarta Selatan Area.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Internship duration: 3 months.
