Opportunity

As a full-time on-site Sales Staff focused on Smartphone Accessories located in Jakarta, you will play a key role in driving sales and engaging customers. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the right accessories that enhance their smartphone experiences. Your enthusiasm for technology and strong customer service skills will be essential in building relationships and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable smartphone accessories.
  • Provide detailed product information and demonstrate how accessories enhance smartphone functionality.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Maintain an attractive, organized, and well-stocked sales area for smartphone accessories.
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product launches to effectively educate customers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on technology or smartphone accessories desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong customer service focus with a desire to engage and assist customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment and adapt to changing scenarios.
