Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Procurement professional, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, conducting contract negotiations, and handling procurement activities. The professional is also expected to support decision-making processes by leveraging strong analytical skills and fostering relationships with key suppliers. In this role, the individual will play a critical role in achieving cost-effective and efficient sourcing aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
  • Experience with Supplier Evaluation and fostering supplier relationships
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and understanding procurement agreements
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the IT, telecom, or related industries is a plus
