JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement web-based products and new features for existing systems.
  2. Maintain and improve the existing codebase, including troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
  3. Perform coding, testing, and ensure development output meets defined quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with mobile/desktop development teams to build and maintain APIs for cross-platform data integration.
  5. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and provide technical guidance and performance input for junior developers when needed.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred), with minimum 3 years of experience in web development.
  2. Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP), (JavaScript), Golang, jQuery, and databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, plus other supporting technologies.
  3. Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and ability to apply OOP concepts and software design patterns.
  4. Detail-oriented, strong time-management, highly productive, creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  5. Eager to learn, adaptable to change, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and able to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
