Visual Merchandiser adalah posisi yang bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, menata, dan mempresentasikan tampilan visual toko (showroom) agar menarik, konsisten dengan brand identity, serta mampu meningkatkan pengalaman belanja dan penjualan. Peran ini mencakup desain layout toko, penataan display produk, pemilihan dekorasi, hingga memastikan seluruh elemen visual sesuai standar dan efektif dalam menarik perhatian pelanggan.

KUALIFIKASI:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Interior Design, Arsitek, atau bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Visual Merchandiser di retail (furniture, fashion, home living, lifestyle)
  • Menguasai software desain seperti SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop/Illustrator, atau software visual lain
  • Memahami prinsip layout toko, traffic flow, lighting, serta estetika display produk
  • Memiliki sense of art dan kreativitas yang tinggi dalam menata ruang dan visual
  • Mampu membuat mockup, mood board, konsep display, dan visual guideline
  • Detail-oriented dan memiliki kemampuan analisis untuk membaca kebutuhan display dan tema campaign
  • Good communication skill dan mampu bekerja sama dengan tim marketing, sales, serta operasional toko
  • Bersedia melakukan visit ke toko/showroom untuk eksekusi display dan audit visual
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline ketat, multitasking, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan konsep
  • WAJIB MELAMPIRKAN PORTOFOLIO DESIGN

JOBDESC:

  • Membuat konsep display toko sesuai branding, tema campaign, dan seasonal events
  • Mendesain layout showroom untuk mengoptimalkan traffic flow dan kenyamanan pelanggan
  • Membuat mockup dan layout 2D/3D untuk implementasi display
  • Menata produk di showroom berdasarkan konsep yang sudah disetujui
  • Memilih dekorasi, props, lighting, dan elemen visual lain untuk menunjang tampilan
  • Memastikan display selalu dalam kondisi rapi, menarik, dan sesuai standar VM
  • Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke toko/showroom untuk audit visual dan perbaikan display
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim toko untuk memastikan display tetap konsisten setiap hari
  • Mengevaluasi efektivitas layout/display untuk meningkatkan engagement dan sales
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing untuk support campaign, promo, atau launching produk
  • Berkomunikasi dengan tim produksi/operasional terkait kebutuhan props, signage, dan material display
  • Memberikan laporan dan dokumentasi visual (before-after, plan vs implementasi)
