Job Overview

Join our growing team as a Sr. Graphic Designer Sr. Graphic Designer will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of Torch, contributing to its overall success through creative and visually compelling design solutions.

Job Role

  • Develop and maintain the visual identity of Torch across various platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements and brand messaging.
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, social media, packaging, in-store displays, and other collateral.
  • Track and analyze the design result through campaign performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with the overall brand strategy and promotional objectives.
  • Design graphics for both digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, catalogs, signage), adapting designs to suit different mediums.
  • Stay informed about current design trends, especially in the fashion industry, and incorporate relevant and innovative design elements into projects.
  • Provide art direction for photoshoots, ensuring that visual elements align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand representation across all design materials.
  • Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc, and stay updated on emerging design tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications Design.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in fashion retail-related projects.
  • A deep understanding of fashion trends, styles, and the ability to translate them into compelling visual designs.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with an eye for detail and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Advanced skills in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Effective communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on fashion-related work.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving design trends, brand guidelines, and industry changes.
