Responsibilities of Junior Villa Manager:

  1. Supervise daily villa operations, including housekeeping, front office, and maintenance.
  2. Ensure all guest services are delivered professionally and meet villa standards.
  3. Assist the Villa Manager with planning, reporting, and staff supervision.
  4. Handle guest complaints and provide prompt, polite, and effective solutions.
  5. Monitor and control villa inventory, housekeeping supplies, and operational needs.
  6. Train, motivate, and guide staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
  7. Coordinate with the reservation, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure villa readiness before guest check-in.
  8. Support recruitment processes, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager position.
  3. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  4. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  5. Service-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Flexible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of villa or hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
  8. Willing to be placed in operational areas (e.g., Canggu or Uluwatu).
  9. Preferably located in Bali
