Responsibilities

  1. New Product Development (NPD):

  2. Support the development of innovative FMCG products, including ideation, formulation, and testing.

  3. Assist in preparing product samples for internal reviews and consumer testing.

  4. Market Research Support:

  5. Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to provide insights for product improvement.

  6. Benchmark competitor products and report findings to the R&D team.

  7. Laboratory Work:

  8. Conduct experiments to test product performance, stability, and shelf life.

  9. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of test batches following standard protocols.

  10. Quality and Compliance:

  11. Ensure all R&D processes and documentation adhere to regulatory standards for FMCG products.

  12. Perform basic quality assessments on raw materials and prototypes under supervision.

  13. Documentation and Reporting:

  14. Maintain accurate records of research trials, formulations, and testing data.

  15. Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing key findings.

Requirements:

  • Final Year student with no classes/Fresh Graduates in Food Science, Food Technology or related field

  • Knowledge of formulation and product testing in the FMCG sector.

  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety procedures.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
