About the Assignment:

We are seeking an Analytics Engineer Consultant to strengthen our Generative AI initiatives by improving data pipelines in line with the upcoming data architecture and supporting GAI-driven projects. This dual-focused role requires experience in managing large datasets, working through ambiguity, and engaging multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong values of integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning, while providing data-driven insights that drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborative Expertise: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to enhance GAI solutions and align data pipelines with advanced architecture designs.

  2. Data Modeling and Pipeline Development: Deploy logical and physical data models and build automated, scalable pipelines to support efficient data flow for GAI initiatives.

  3. BI and Visualization: Use business intelligence, data science, and visualization tools to create data products and deliver actionable insights.

  4. Independent Work: Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining alignment with GAI goals.

  5. Software Development Practices: Apply best practices such as code review, CI/CD, release management, and version control (GitLab).

  6. GAI and Automation Support: Support the development of Generative AI and automation solutions, including chatbot-related projects.

Essential Skills:

  1. 1–3 years of analytical experience with business understanding, preferably in ecommerce, internet, or consulting sectors.

  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.

  3. Strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with accuracy.

  4. Experience managing complex ETL processes and large-scale data handling.

  5. Proficiency in SQL, Presto, Hive, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R.

  6. Fast learner, adaptable, self-driven, and detail-oriented.

  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytics clearly to different audiences.

  8. High sense of ownership and eagerness to learn and deliver results.

  9. Full professional proficiency in English (and local language) is required.
