Performa Optima Group sedang membuka posisi Sales Support & Catalogue Specialist. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab mendukung proses penjualan melalui pengelolaan dokumen, data, dan administrasi transaksi sekaligus memastikan ketersediaan barang, harga, dan informasi produk melalui kegiatan purchasing serta pengelolaan katalog. Peran ini menjembatani kebutuhan Sales, vendor, dan internal perusahaan agar proses penjualan berjalan akurat, cepat, dan kompetitif.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Menyiapkan dokumen penjualan, formulir, dan data pendukung untuk kebutuhan tim Sales.
  • Melakukan input data penjualan ke sistem secara lengkap dan akurat.
  • Mengelola pengarsipan seluruh dokumen Sales secara rapi dan terstruktur.
  • Mengolah data penjualan dan data produk untuk mendukung perencanaan Sales.
  • Melakukan sourcing vendor dan membandingkan harga/produk untuk memastikan penawaran kompetitif.
  • Menyusun dan mengelola katalog produk (harga, spesifikasi, ketersediaan) secara berkala.
  • Membuat dan mengirim Purchase Order (PO), serta melakukan follow-up hingga barang diterima.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Logistics untuk memastikan kedatangan barang sesuai jadwal.
  • Memantau progress project/penjualan untuk keperluan invoice atau penagihan.
  • Melakukan komunikasi dengan vendor dan pihak eksternal terkait pemenuhan kebutuhan barang dan dokumen.
  • Mengajukan dokumen penjualan atau pembelian untuk persetujuan pihak terkait.

Tanggungjawab:

  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Sales, Sales Support, atau Purchasing Staff; pengalaman di industri IT menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, lebih disukai D3/S1.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel, Word, Outlook); pengalaman menggunakan ERP/Accurate menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memahami alur purchasing, pembuatan PO, dan proses sourcing vendor.
  • Terbiasa mengelola data penjualan dan dokumen administrasi dalam jumlah besar.
  • Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki perhatian tinggi pada detail.
  • Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja lintas fungsi (Sales, Vendor, Logistics, Finance).
  • Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang cepat dan berorientasi pada ketepatan waktu.
  • Memiliki integritas tinggi dan kemampuan analisis dasar terkait harga dan produk.
