Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  3. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.

  4. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules.

  5. Payroll & Compensation:

  6. Process the monthly payroll accurately and on time, in compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

  7. Manage employee data related to attendance, leaves, deductions, and benefits.
  8. Handle BPJS Kesehatan (Healthcare) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment) administration, registration, and reporting.

  9. Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll and compensation.

  10. HR Administration & Daily Operations:

  11. Maintain and update employee records and files (both digital and physical).

  12. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  13. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing basic guidance on HR-related matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and BPJS administration is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment processes and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Glints).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
