Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Lombok, Indonesia. The Learning and Development Manager will design and implement training strategies, manage learning programs, and drive leadership development initiatives within the organization. The role involves creating and delivering customized training programs, managing learning management systems, and ensuring alignment of development programs with organizational goals. The manager will collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
- Experience in Instructional Design and creating effective training materials
- Skills in Training delivery and facilitation
- Expertise in Leadership Development and fostering team growth
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in learning and development or human resources are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred
