Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Customs Supervisor located in Cikupa. The Import Customs Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing customs brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and policies. Daily tasks include supervising import processes, coordinating with ocean and forwarding services, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing customs documentation, resolving import issues, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient customs clearances.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customs Clearance, Import processes, and related regulations
  • Knowledge of Ocean shipping and Forwarding services
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Understanding of international trade and logistics
  • Ability to work on-site in Cikupa
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is beneficial
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage
