The Application Engineer serves as the critical technical bridge between our sales team, our customers, and our product. You will be responsible for providing in-depth technical expertise to select, design, configure, and troubleshoot integrated systems involving our company products (valves, VSDs, motors). Your goal is to ensure optimal product selection and providing solutions that meet precise customer requirements for performance, efficiency, and cost.

Responsibilities :

* Consult with sales representatives and customers to understand detailed application requirements

* Create comercial and technical proposals, system diagrams, selection justifications, and cost-benefit analyses

* Conduct technical presentations and product training for contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users.

* Provide post-sales support to field technicians and customers for installation, commissioning, and startup.

* Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site when necessary.

* mantain good relationships with principal or suppliers and negotiate with them to ensure that we can get the best possible price.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's Degree (S1) Electrical Ectrical Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Industrial Engineering

* ⁠1-2 years experience in Valve product, instrumentation, VSDs, HVAC (fresh hraduate are welcome to apply)

* ⁠ability to read engineering drawing, SLD, Wiring Diagrams, and technical specifications.

* ⁠strong analytical skills and problem solving capability.

* ⁠good skill in english both conversational and writing.

* ⁠willing to travel
