Job Overview:

Leads all technical workstreams for the Factory project ensuring that design, construction and installation meet Ching Luh standards, brand requirements and future operational needs.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines (civil, MEP, equipment).
  • Review and approve technical designs, shop drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with customer/ compliance /regulatory standards.
  • Align technical execution with project schedule and budget.
  • Support procurement and contractor selection for technical packages.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate risks to Project Lead and all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate commissioning readiness and handover documentation.

  • Follow company program:

  • Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.

  • Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH, energy, quality and environment programs to participate and improve the company management system.

Requirements :

  • Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
  • Minimum 18 Years Old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Any Major
  • Required language: English
  • 10 years of experience in engineering leadership for industrial/factory projects, experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams, familiarity with global brand compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledges and Skills: Strong technical knowledge in civil, MEP, and industrial systems, understanding of automation/ digital tools/ smarter/ green factory concepts, Proficiency in design review and construction coordination, Company policies and project procedures.
  • Personality or Character: Drivers Collaboration Customer Focus, Delivers Quality.
  • Understanding vission mission company and safety policy
  • Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
