At Five Pillar Edutravel, we believe learning should extend beyond the classroom. We design immersive, real-world experiences that help students and educators explore global perspectives, think critically, and build meaningful connections rooted in South East Asia's regional wisdom.

We're looking for an Academic Partnerships Officer to help us expand our academic collaborations and strengthen relationships with schools and universities across the USA and Asia. You'll play a key role in connecting educators with transformative experiential learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities in the USA and Asia.
  • Identify and represent Five Pillar Edutravel at education fairs, conferences, and events.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a structured client database.
  • Present and promote our experiential learning programs to academic leaders, teachers, and international coordinators
  • Conduct research to map education networks and identify partnership opportunities in both regions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to tailor learning programs based on partner needs and feedback.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, bids, and partnership presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the USA and/or Asia education landscape (K–12, universities, or study abroad offices).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across cultures.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in documentation and reporting.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in outreach and presentations.
  • Able to work independently with initiative and accountability.
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Fluency in English required; additional Asian language skills are a plus.
