About the role:

The Aftersales Admin will be the central point for administrative tasks, data management, and providing direct support to the sales team, requiring Honesty in handling data and reporting, Empathy in supporting the team to enhance customer satisfaction, and Agility to ensure operational efficiency through quick and effective action.

What you'll do (Responsibilities):

  • Assist in contract creation and other administrative tasks as required, ensuring Honesty and transparency in all documentation.
  • Schedule and manage team agendas and follow-ups with Agility to maximize efficiency and proactively address team needs with Empathy.
  • Compile and organize leads and data from various sources with a commitment to Honesty and integrity in data handling.
  • Verify and process information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date entries in systems and tools, reflecting Honesty in data management.
  • Coordinate communication and tickets for task completion, acting with Agility to resolve issues and demonstrating Empathy in facilitating smooth internal collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit documents for financial processes, maintaining complete Honesty and accuracy in all submissions.
  • Maintain and monitor sales data, including new and existing clients, with the Agility to quickly identify trends and the Honesty to report findings accurately.
  • Support data checks and reports for regional use, ensuring the highest level of data Honesty and completeness.
  • Monitor the necessary tools and materials for the sales team, demonstrating Empathy by anticipating needs and acting with Agility to ensure the team is fully equipped.

What capabilities you'll need (Requirements):

  • 1+ years of work experience in a sales support, after-sales role, or related administrative field.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information securely.
  • A detail-oriented mindset combined with a demonstrated analytical background.
  • Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel functionality is essential.
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or any related discipline.
