Qualification & Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Over 5 years of government relations experience in Indonesia, with at least 3 years in data center/ICT/energy field; experience in cooperating with PLN, ESDM, BKPM and tax authorities is a must; preference for those with Chinese-funded enterprise operation experience in Indonesia.
  • Stable network in core Indonesian government departments, able to connect key decision-makers efficiently.
  • In-depth understanding of Indonesia's foreign investment, data compliance and energy regulations.
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English (written & spoken), excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong compliance awareness, execution ability and pressure resistance.
