We're seeking for a Staff Ticketing Travel who could handle complex ticketing, and deliver a seamless booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end ticketing processes for domestic destination.
  • Operate GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Citos) for reservations, issue ticket, and changes.
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and reissues in compliance with airline and company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate record to support throughout the booking process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in an OTA, wholesaler, or agency.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Citos) and booking engines.
  • Familiarity with travel products and destinations in Indonesia.
