Core responsibilities

  • Technical oversight: Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes, company policies, and safety standards.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues and problems.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and materials, including electrical codes.
  • Supervisory skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of electricians.
  • Problem-solving: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and conflicts efficiently.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Experience: Typically requires several years of experience as an electrician.
