As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising clients on tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with prevailing regulations, and providing strategic insights to optimize tax efficiency. This position requires a strong background in taxation and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional tax consulting services, including tax compliance, advisory, and planning, for both corporate and individual clients.

  • Prepare, review, and submit tax reports and documentation in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

  • Handle tax audits and disputes, coordinating with authorities and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Guide and supervise junior tax staff in managing day-to-day tax tasks and client deliverables.

  • Stay updated on the latest tax regulations, policies, and practices to ensure accurate and effective advice to clients.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify tax-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration.

  • 2–3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a tax consulting firm.

  • Hold Brevet A/B certification (USKP is highly preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

  • Dedicated, hardworking, and proactive with a commitment to continuous learning.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
