Qualifications:

· Min. of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the fashion industry or similar fields.

· Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design and/or Interior Design, or other related subjects

· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other similar software is an advantage.

· Proficiency in Interior and/or retail design, 2D design & model, 3D design & model, technical drawing, and creative thinking

· Creative, fast learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Possess a strong passion for the fashion industry

· Available to travel out of town as required to oversee and implement VM projects.

· WFO (Mon-Fri), Jakarta Based.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, design, and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand identity and customer engagement.

· Create attractive and attention-grabbing in-store displays to showcase products and entice walk-in customers.

· Plan, prepare, and ensure timely setup of visual merchandising and promotional displays in alignment with marketing campaigns.

· Manage and monitor the budget for visual merchandising activities, coordinating with suppliers and external vendors to secure quality materials and services.

· Translate creative concepts into impactful visual displays, ensuring consistency across multiple brands.

· Refresh and update displays to align with seasonal themes, promotional events, and ad hoc campaigns.

· Oversee the management and organization of props and fixtures within the brands' warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy and accessibility.
