Job Description :

  • Mengimplementasikan strategi dan target Sales -  Service sesuai dengan potensi cabang yang dikelola. 
  • Bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan Sales & Service yang dilakukan oleh tim bisnis dalam rangka pencapaian target dan pengembangan bisnis Cabang dengan cara memastikan implementasi action plan telah sesuai dengan strategi bisnis dan peningkatan pelayanan terhadap customer. 
  • Mengindentifikasi potensial customer di Cabang yang bisa direfer ke bisnis (segment) lain.
  • Melakukan pengawasan secara menyeluruh terhadap pencapaian target pada Cabang yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya diantaranya: memastikan pelaksanaan pipeline meeting untuk masing-masing Cabang, melakukan pemantauan dan memastikan produktivitas dan  kinerja tim, melakukan Monthly & Quarterly Business Review untuk memastikan pencapaian target.

Job Qualification :

  • Minimal S1 dari berbagai disiplin ilmu 
  • Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai kepala cabang atau team leader di perbankan
  • Memiliki kemampuan Leadership yang baik
  • Memiliki network yang luas
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Lokasi Penempatan di Kantor Twink, Tendean, Jakarta
